This Academy of Leadership Course is not currently being offered.
The LeadStar course teaches why being a leader is important, what the title "leader" really means, and practical ways to improve one's leadership skills.
The completion of any three Academy of Leadership courses by July 1 is a prerequisite to attend the Leadership Experience at the Leadership Conference & Annual Meeting (LCAM) and allows participants to join the Academy of Leadership Alumni. Alumni are eligible to attend special leadership events such as the biannual Leaders Summit and the Annual Alumni Experience.
