Anna holds a Master's degree in Interpersonal Communication from the University of Washington. She was a member of the UW faculty for 4 years, and led continuing education courses for over 8 years in self-expression, leadership, and effective communications.

Resultance was founded in 1998, after being a member of the premier business consulting team, BizFutures Consulting, where Anna coached the employees of world famous Pike Place Fish. The work of the BizFutures team resulted in the best selling Fish! and Fish Sticks!
